First download and find a counselor on the TBA list.

Please complete the request form to receive up to six free counseling sessions. Once approved: You pay for the first and fifth counseling session; Waves of Faith covers the second and sixth counseling session. The counselor donates the third and seventh session. Volunteer Background Check

Authorization may take up to two weeks. Failure to completely fill out all fields in the background form can result in a longer authorization.

Facility Rental Request Form

Click here to submit a rental request.

Once completed, the admin will reach out to you to confirm date availability and rental rates and will send a facility agreement.
